Refund Policy

Return of faulty or damaged goods

We personally design, manufacture, cut and packaged all chipboard items before despatch. If you receive your order and find a faulty or damaged good then please contact us on info@dustyattic.com.au within 3 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to offer a replacement, credit or refund of the item. A replacement will only be made should the item be damaged due to our fault. A refund or credit will be given to some domestic and all international customers due to the high price of shipping a single item, unless otherwise authorised by our management. 

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, a photo of your damaged or faulty good and the original packaging must be sent, along with your order or invoice number.

Missing Items

We personally check all orders before despatch but sometimes an item may be missing (we are only human). If you receive your order and find a missing item then please contact us on info@dustyattic.com.au within 3 days of receipt.
